Selection Process : The selection process will entail short listing of candidates based on academic credentials, relevant experience and suitable expertise, followed by Document Verification & Personal Interview (PI) for the post code from 01 to 09), as per rules of the Company. Salary : 

Age : Upper Age Limit is 35 Years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/Ex-SM will be as per Government directives.

Duration of the Service : Contractual FTE Young Professional will be engaged initially for a period of One year which may be extended up to another two years (one year at a time, maximum of 3 years) based on the Organizational requirement (Duration of Project being engaged for) and individual performance after obtaining the requisite approval.

Salary : The candidates selected shall be on probation for a period of one year and shall draw initial basic pay in the corresponding pay scales. Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) at the applicable rates. Further, selected candidate will be placed in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000/- and his / her monthly emoluments will be Rs. 50,000/- + DA of Basic Pay as on date) + HRA at the applicable rate (where Corporation accommodation is not available) + Cafetaria @ 35% of Basic Pay + Location Based Allowance (LBA) @ 10% of Basic Pay + 12% of Basic Pay plus DA against Provident Fund contribution + 9% of Basic Pay plus DA against NEDCSS (NEEPCO Employees Defined Contribution Superannuation Scheme). Qualification : The eligible applicant for the post of Young Professionals should have the following qualifications:

IREL (India) Limited, the erstwhile Indian Rare Earths Limited was incorporated on August 18,1950, with its first unit Rare Earths Division (RED), Aluva, in Kerala. Post, Qualification and Vacancy Details :
